2 lb ground
beef
1 medium onion; chopped
1 green pepper; chopped
2 cans rotel dice tomatoes and green chilies (10 oz)
1 can tomato puree (15 oz)
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 package chili seasoning (1 1/4 oz)
Cook ground
beef, onion and pepper in a large stock pot until meat is browned.
Drain excess drippings. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer
for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
