2 1/2 lbs round
steak
1 package onion soup mix
1/4 cup water
1 can cream of mushroom soup; condensed
Cut steak into
4-6 serving size pieces. Place in crockpot. Add dry onion soup mix
(1 1/2 oz. sized pkg) , water, and the mushroom soup. Cover and
cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove steak to platter, and serve gravy
on the side. Serve with mashed potatoes, another beggies or a good
green sald, and hot buttered rolls.
