2 lb lean ground
beef
1 medium onion; minced
3 Tbs minced fresh parsley
2 eggs; beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
2 Tbs flour
2 large onions; thinly sliced in rings
Butter for frying
Combine burger
ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Fry in melted butter until
desired doneness. Remove and keep warm. Fry onions in pan drippings
until golden.
